Eight attorneys at firm make ‘Super Lawyers’ list

Eight attorneys from O’Reilly Rancilio law firm based in Sterling Heights have been named as Super Lawyers in 2019.

They are: Marc Kaszubski of Rochester Hills, who was appointed city attorney of Sterling Heights and whose practice focuses on business, municipal and commercial litigation and was named a Super Lawyer in the State Local and Municipal category.

Linda McGrail Belau of Clinton Township was named in the Business Litigation category and specializes in business, family law, probate and tax appeals.

James Sarconi of Macomb Township was named in the Banking category and concentrates on complex commercial litigation, banking, finance, commercial loan workouts and the representation of creditors in bankruptcy.

Larry Scott of Harrison Township was named in the Business Litigation category and specializes in complex commercial litigation and all aspects of real estate acquisition and development.

Craig Schoenherr of Farmington Hills was named in the Debtor/Creditor Rights category and specializes in debtor/creditor rights, bankruptcy law, collections and commercial litigation.

Jim Thomas of Chesterfield Township was named in the White Collar Criminal Defense category. A white collar criminal defense attorney, he served as lead defense counsel in some of Michigan’s high profile cases. Chuck Turnbull of Shelby Township and president of O’Reilly Rancilio was named in the Corporate category. He represents businesses and individuals on business, tax and estate planning matters.

Nathan Patrusak of Sterling Heights was named as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and practices commercial law and civil litigation, municipal law, appellate and bankruptcy law. Rising Stars must be age 40 or younger and have been in practice for 10 years or less.

The rating is of outstanding lawyers who have earned a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. They are made using a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews. It is published nationwide in Super Lawyers magazine.
